Terms of Service

3.1 Order Placement: By placing an order with AlQayim Souvenirs, you agree to our manufacturing timeline and production schedule.

3.2 Digital Mockups: AlQayim Souvenirs reserves the right to use digital mockups for design approval. Physical samples may be provided at an additional cost upon request.

3.3 Payment Requirements: Full payment or a formal Purchase Order (PO) is required before commencing bulk production. A deposit may be required for large or custom orders. Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed.

3.4 Production Timeline: Standard production timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated at additional cost. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.1 Design Approval: Clients must approve digital mockups before production begins. Changes after approval may incur additional fees. Final responsibility for spelling, design accuracy, and content lies with the client.

4.2 Production Approval: Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or significantly modified.

5.1 Pricing: All prices are quoted in PKR. Bulk discounts may apply based on quantity. Shipping and taxes are additional unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Terms: We accept Bank Transfers and Corporate POs. Corporate clients may be offered net payment terms upon approval. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6.1 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes.

6.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7.1 Quality Standards: We maintain high-quality standards, but minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

7.2 Defective Products: Report defects within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

8.1 Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before production begins. Cancellation fees may apply for designs and setup work completed. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

8.2 Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion. Custom orders are generally non-refundable. Refund processing may take 7-14 business days.

9.1 Client Content: Clients must own or have rights to all submitted designs, logos, and content. Clients indemnify AlQayim Souvenirs against copyright infringement claims.

9.2 Our Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio. Our design templates, processes, and methods remain our property.
